You can add a new employee from the HR module. Go to HR > Employees, and click on "Add Employee". Make sure you have enough seats in your current plan.
Our pricing is based on the number of users (seats) you need. You can purchase a plan per user, billed either monthly or annually. You can add or remove seats from the "My Subscription" page.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, your new limits and modules are applied immediately.
If you reach a fixed limit (like Sites or Workspaces), you will need to upgrade to a higher tier plan or add more users to increase your pooled limits.
